I was in this room, and it was red, and there was no doors, no windows, and these curtains. They were on fire. I was in this corner, looking out, and there was someone else there. She was staring at me, then I woke up.
The red room. It’s inside the hat. And the reason they’re both having nightmares about it is because the portal was never closed. People went through the hat, but the hat was destroyed before they could come back. That’s why there are no doors in the room.
There’s a link in place between the worlds. Both worlds are bound together by the curse, by the same magic, by the same corrupt power, and the hat - that conduit - has left that link open. I fear my forbs are boding again.
The first… well, the only thing we have seen being burned was the wardrobe, one of the only other available conduits. That can’t be a coincidence. Unless Jefferson burned the remains of the hat in Storybrooke.
Why is it Henry and Aurora are dreaming this? I think it’s simply the fallout of the sleeping curse. Their dreams are much more vivid and terrible and significant. Not prophetic, persay, but they both know something is wrong in the world, and they both are picking up on it. And because they never saw the hat and how it worked, they won’t understand what’s going on until it’s too late.
